Tallen & Keshen Holdings was formed in 1999 by Realty Trust Advisors & Talcor Group, Inc., two companies with a combined thirty (30) years of experience in real estate investments and value creation.

The missive of Tallen & Keshen Holdings and its operating company, Retail Enterprise Group, Inc., is to invest in, develop & reposition retail & mixed use properties to generate significant returns by employing innovative value creation strategies and are also responsive to community needs.  Tallen & Keshen Holdings also provides vertically integrated development and client services to:

Talcor Group was formed in 1992 in Florida to be responsive to Development & Investment Opportunities and to provide value creation, leasing and transactional representation to shopping center, portfolios, investors and retailer assets.

Realty Trust Advisors (RTA), established in 1987 by Anne Keshen, a Texas attorney with an investment background & Co-Chairman of REG, as the venture partner of First Texas Financial Group (now a Bank of America company); at the time the United States’ largest privately held financial services company with 9 billion in assets. RTA has been involved in the investment, financing, investment banking & asset management of in excess of 2 billion dollars of commercial properties & corporate investments throughout the United States. It’s principals & Board of Directors have been involved in corporate & real estate investments as well as advisory engagements on behalf of the FDIC, Wall Street, Fortune 500 companies and high net worth investment groups.
